Solvent Dispensers
Solvent dispensers are mainly intended for manufacturers of medical devices for hemodialysis, hemofiltration, hemoconcentration, infusion, transfusion, nutrition, cardiosurgery, urology, and respiratory purposes.
Three different standard configurations are available:
DS2, DSV and DSF which can be supplied with a Vapour Conveyor System in order to obtain a minimal enviromental contamination.
The special shape of their dispensing bushes allows them to dispense solvent on the internal or external surface of tubing, conical surfaces, soft and rigid drip chambers, needles and various types of connectors and components.
CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS OF THE DISPENSERS, AND SOLVENTS TO BE USED
The solvent dispensers are manufactured with materials that are resistant to the most common solvents employed to assemble medical products:cyclohexanone, methylethylketone, dichloroethane, tetrahydrofuran.
On request, other solvents can be tested. All solvents or mixture of solvents must be pure and particle-free.
A SPECIFIC SOLVENT DISPENSER FOR EVERY PURPOSE
The three different bench-top solvent dispenser configurations available have been designed in order to satisfy a wide range of dispensing needs.
- DS2 has two dispensing bushes. It is indicated for sub-assembly manufacturing, infusion and transfusion sets, blood lines and generally where it is necessary to assemble 2 different diameters of tubing (or components).
- DSV has one dispensing bush. It is indicated for subassembly manufacturing, infusion, transfusion and haemodialysis drip chambers, cardio-surgery and respiratory tubing and connectors.
- DSF has four dispensing bushes. It is indicated for the assembly of finished products, blood lines and special tubing sets, and generally where it is necessary to assemble 4 different diameters of tubing (or components).
