Miniature Liquid Control Valves
Parker Precision Fluidics offers a wide range of miniature liquid control valves used in medical device product development. These liquid control valves offer a broad range of specs that span a variety of medical device applications like radioactive liquids used in MRI, analytical chemistry, and clinical diagnostic applications. Parker’s liquid control valves are ideal for these applications offering chemical resistance, non-corroding, high pressure / high flow, and rugged features.
Parker Precision Fluidics Miniature Liquid Control Valve product family consists of the following products:
Series 1&2 - The 2-Way & 3-Way inert Series 1 & 2 valves have been designed for systems where chemical compatibility is most important.
Series 3 - Solenoid valve is constructed of inert materials suitable for liquids including bleach and saline, for applications in analytical chemistry, clinical diagnostics, and ink jet printing.
Series 9 - Solenoid valves offer outstanding precision control in liquid analysis. Combining high speed, ultra-low leak rate, high flow, high pressure and high temperature capability in a small size. This rugged valve operates with extreme repeatability and is constructed of non-corroding, passivated stainless steel.
Series 99 – Rugged solenoid valves offer outstanding potential for precision control in liquid analysis. Combining high speed, ultra-low leak rate, high flow, high pressure and high temperature capability, in a small size.
Series 18 – Solenoid valve designed for compact installation in multi-liquid systems. Available with multiple inlets and one outlet (or vice-versa), the Series 18 features all wetted parts of Teflon®.
R6 - Miniature Diaphragm Isolation Valve delivers liquid dispense performance in a very small package. At just 6.4 mm, wide it can be easily mounted over microplates improving performance and saving space. The R6 provides solutions to today’s demanding Analytical, Clinical, and Agent detection applications.
R9 - Miniature Diaphragm Compact family of 2 and 3-way 9 mm inert rocker isolation valves designed to offer the flow of larger 16mm valves in a much smaller space while also offering the advantage of pressures up to 100 psi (6.9 bar).
LQX12 - High-performance 2-way and 3-way universal isolated diaphragm valve. This highly flexible design is 12 mm wide and offers two different elastomer options. LQX12 supports the pressure and flow requirements needed by today’s analytical, bio-analytical, and clinical diagnostic OEMs.
